More than a decade has gone by since Ben Bajane's visit to Cooks Barracks in Vanuatu. The Australian Defence Force and the Vanuatu mobile force are working together on several major projects. These include building new buildings for soldiers, armories and places to park all their transport vehicles. And they're also talking about creating facilities to pre-position material ahead of natural disasters. Tropical Cyclone Judy is beating a path towards Port Vila as we speak.
