Klan Cabinet - The Kligrap

The Klans worldwide operations were split up into several realms, one for each state each run by a grand dragon. At the bottom of the organization were the ghouls organized into clavarins which were headed by exalted cyclopses. These individuals were responsible for keeping the Klan's books, providing in-house legal advice and serving as a Klan cabinet.
