In his biography of edgar casey, there is a river thomas grew up on. Despite how much he enjoyed reading the bible, he did not get good spelling marks at school. This was particularly embarrassing because his uncle lucian taught at school. The next day he asked edgar to spell the word cabin, which he couldn't. He made him stay after school and write it 500 times on the blackboard.
