Leadership in Engineering at Flapfile

A manager's job is rarely set up in a way where they can like make everybody a top performer. Oftentimes you start scanning these teams where the people sort of managing the execution of it aren't necessarily the people who really know how to do it. I think that ability for decisions to be made by people who understand the problems that they're dealing with, I think is critical to pace and accountability in the business.
