Moments of vulnerability, when they're shared, are what create trust. When you have two people who are being vulnerable together, it creates connection and trust in a way that nothing else does. An after action review is the first thing leaders should do before any mission or meeting. It gives permission for everyone in the group to absolutely be open about their mistakes.
