Threads: A Copycat App
Twitter's lawyers call Threads a copycat app and they say that Meta has, quote, engaged in systematic, willful, and unlawful misappropriation of Twitter's trade secrets. We don't know exactly how much Threads copied from Twitter. Trade secret law is pretty complicated. So we're gonna need to know a lot more before we know if there's a legal case for Twitter here.
