The Humanization of the Other

I think to humanize the problem, that is the first step. The humanization of that other begins to open up a door and I think that's probably where we start. We tell the stories of what they've been through and how they are. And that's where I'm starting anyway in my own circle. But if it doesn't touch you, oftentimes the issue doesn't exist.
