The average rate for an executive coach, someone who's coaching people at the highest levels of organizations, is at $500 an hour and up. Executive coaches are spending a tremendous amount of their time helping them to raise their own self-awareness. And so you think about coaches working with CEOs, senior executives for two or three hours a month. I know coaches that build people thousands of dollars a month to do coaching and leadership development. So these are some pretty high level work.
