How to Give Feedback in the Context of Criteria
It's really important that your company has objective crisp criteria for what it means to get whatever rating system. And when giving the feedback on an individual, you should be specifying your feedback in the context of those criteria. In other words, keep the feedback limited to what the criteria say so that everybody is judged on the same level playing field.
