The Primacy of Perception

Merlponte calls the primacy of perception, he says that perception is a nacent logos. Explain what those two words mean and how they could begot together. I'll just point you to the page and i'll expand its on page one. So when i hear that perception is nacent logos, what i take him to be saying is that the way in which we perceive, holds in itself logos. It's not superadded. And that would be what it would mean to root rationality in the body. Is not to talk about it as el chemical exactly, but to say that what logos is, what rationality is, is borne out of and held within as a possibility in perception
