The Randomness of Quantum Mechanics

There is a contingent of people who are deeply troubled by the randomness that it seems to be inherent to at least some of the theories of quantum mechanics. Are there any important theories like maybe is the Bohmian theory might be one of these that tries to give a determinist picture of what? Yeah. There's really only one wave function in the theory. It's the universal one. So this kind of GRW move of actually having physical collapses is off the table. And you don't have to worry about describing the collapses because they don't occur.
