Microsoft's Willingness to Cooperate With Governing Bodies

Warren Buffett: We are not dictated to by any group. And so we get to follow our own destiny, and in a sense, towards the only principle by which we can run the company. He says Microsoft has been remarkably willing to cooperate with governing bodies. But it doesn't mean that it gets done if a given country wants to block it there.
