Neo liberalism from below is an attempt to think a near liberalism, also asa batton crown. Is not just an autonomous trend of capital that develops with its own rationality. And i think thate is also a form to think in a different way the violence of ner liberalism against the poorest sectors of our countries. So i want to investigate and to open up this concept, big concept of near liberalism.
