Is There a Pathway for Learning?
Many organizations are starting to think about this concept of pathways nd, and the leadership they can provide as learning providers. I think it is probably a great magnet in away for those types of conversations. When you do this work, you'll discover there's a lot of things that you don't have. There are some things that don't exist and you're gong to have to invest to make it. And other is to commission, to have some one else put it together for you and to organize it.
