A lot of business literature says we need to collaborate cooperatively, right? Everyone gets a turn speaking. But I think you guys sound something different that top performers don't collaborate like that. So niceness is not the formula for success here. It is what I call fight and unite in meetings. You need to have a good fight in the meetings. People who fail to do so, they make terrible decisions and they have worse ideas.
