You Can't Be in the Weeds on Everything

I think we have a couple of different perspectives on this to be honest. So like, you know, I think you have to be able to build. Trust in the right people. And also like you can't manage things you've never worked with hands on and you have to do that if you're going to grow into work or grow a team or grow a company. Like nothing's more humbling than your first kickflips your first switch flip because you're learning how to skateboard again.
