Sam Bankman Freed's Bail Package

Sam Bankman Freed landed in Hot Water after the New York Times published a story about Caroline Ellison's diary. In these diary entries, she seemed to express a bit of ambivalence about her role at Alameda Research. After this story was published, prosecutors filed a letter at the court and said, we think that Sam Bankman Freed has leaked this material to the time in an attempt to discredit Caroline Ellison. The judge seems to have given him a little reading room approving that interim order but asking both parties to file written submissions on whether he should remain on bail or not.
