I've Had a Premenstrual Operation and I'm Getting a Great Deal of Weight Loss

I didn't track my food for the first couple of days because I was just I felt sick actually from the painkillers and just really saw it but I forced myself to eat so I made myself at my normal breakfast in the morning even though I didn't feel like it. Then I had a lunch of like some stew and some fruit because I just didn't really feel like the heavy starches eightlike quite a bit of fudge and milk drink milk  and then dinner was small pasta. Once I stopped taking the painkillers I wasn't so sore. I started to get my appetite back and then I gradually sort of I started a little bit more steps so I probably did like 5000
