Congress made the bill revenue neutral, because by letting them do it with Roth, they know they're going to get taxed on the money first. Now remember, if you're a solo K, we can do matching contributions as Roth, which is awesome. Also, there's up to a 1000 per employee credit for those who enroll in a participating in the plan. This goes into effect in 2023.
