Do You Do Enough Diversity?
Diversity is talked a lot about in tech companies, but never achieved. I've noticed that some of these companies have failed because they lacked a diverse group of people talking to them. That's the reason there's bullying on Twitter, because most of the people who work there have never been bullied. And it's just good business also. It's like, why are you not including the right voices around the table to build better product?
