I was not actively looking, especially since I love what we were doing at BitCraft. There was Nicole Quinn, who co-heads the consumer practice at Lightspeed. She told me that they'd been looking for someone to up their game in gaming. It was just a bit too good and too exciting to turn down. This is a firm that manages over $18 billion in assets under management. A very compelling value proposition and platform to work from. And so it was a hard decision. But I feel good about it and I feel excited about it and happy to chat a bit about what we have planned.
