The Bundling of Perceptions
Kant: How is it that a perception ends up in one bundle but not in another? And indeed, it was a question to which hume himself returned in a somewhat agonized way. He didn't really reach any satisfactory conclusion on that point. We can say that what ties the elements of the bundle together will be different causal relations of one sort or another. So there's no reason why something couldn't belong to more than one bundle.
