How to Self-Publish a High Quality Programming Book

Rails is an open-source programming language. It's used to test the performance of Ruby on a number of different software platforms. The code has been developed over several years by engineers at Rackspace and other companies, but it hasn't yet been turned into a book. To make this happen, you have to write your own high quality programing books that can be sold as ebooks or printed in hard copy.
