The Origins of Atlaknacha in Call of Cthulhu

Atlaknacha has gone through a sex change in the Cthulhu mythos. He's not really been used much in fiction but certainly very different to how he's been developed and used in gaming. Looking at Atlaknacha as an entity we see that he or she is not much bigger than a squatting man. We're talking about something that's a bit bigger than a human being. In Kolkulu is given a size of 125 with a person going up to like 90 maybe up to 99 or 100, so 125 is a bit larger than a person but it's not the size of a truck.
