i am fascinated by narrow science and nero plasticity. Neuro plasticity is basically that we can change the way our brains respond to things, simply by connecting our thoughts and our actions together. And we can actually retrain our brain to be happier, to have more joy, simply by recognizing y more often. i think as you do this, it builds on itself, and you begin to see it more and more. It goes back to that titratian idea that once you start see the beauty in the world, you know, you might be standing in a line and just look around instead of staring at your phone,. Or those people are laughing. That looks nice, right?
