Russia's Response to the Largest Grains Deal in Africa

Russia is holding a summit with 54 African countries this week. CNN's John Defterios asks: What are some of the key goals of the major African players? And then I want to ask you what is their reaction going to be to this largest grain deal that Russia wants to put forward to Africa? Well, we don't know if Russia will do that but I suspect they will do that. We make so much noise about Wagner that you think they all over the continent. But not all African countries is manifested by where they are. Those are very weak regimes that need somebody to help them find the potential enemies.
