Django's Triage and Review Team

As part of the DEP TEM changes and the change of Django's governance we created a triage and review team which have regular participants on the GitHub repo. They're getting a few extra permissions on GitHub to help manage the tickets. Get COD's got this triage role but hopefully we can help give people a bit of recognition for some of the effort that they put in. I think if you're a junior it's a really good way of building up a few points on the profile or on the CV, say why should we give you? How can you demonstrate these abilities?
