Real Estate Agents - What Can You Afford?

Real estate agents have a bit of responsibility here too. The common one liner from an agent is, and there's no disrespect to them, but how much? What can you afford? Like we the banks told me 700. So it must be 700 yet, although i don't really know. But obviously the ownership comes back on the living individuals himself. We do need to have some education around there,. because this is not something we are taught noreally. And what worked 20 years ago, an cann't work to day. It's ecause it's actually different. The world is a different place, toy.
