I think increasingly if you're trying to win at anything, probably the most valuable skill moving forward into the next like five years will be people's ability to change course. A lot of that's just mental in the sense that like, just a lot of it's just your thought patterns,. It's like, even if you have a family or whatever, it's like, if you know what, I could change jobs. That would be the one to do the problem. If you look at all the options for being the guy that could like put his nose to the grind student, work up that corporate ladder and you're actually better off than trying to make all these moves and starting again.
