A lot of people end up with too much cash, they're nervous, when you get back in the market. Even in a bear market, by selectively looking at what had done well in my portfolio, I was able to selectively sell something and keep bucket one full. The Carson's point about the three years down or maybe 10 years down, I would argue that his methodology is not really got into that. If you've got a diversified portfolio, even in a down market, you're probably gonna be able to find something that's somewhat counter cyclical.
