The Angel Prayers Method

I'll never forget how i found the angel prayers method. One of my friends was super cool, and he was a scape boarder. So i decided that i was going to get a skapeboard too. And so standing on the skapeboard and coming down the vertical ramp, i hit the flat ground but i was going far too fast for my own good. As i jumped off, my leg gave way, and i found myself on the floor in a lot of pain. It turns out actually ruptured the ligaments in my knee and my ankle. I remember going to hospital with louise haysburk, you can heal your life, pinned underneath my arm.
