We know that collaboration and increasing diversity within our teams can lead to more effective and insightful work and in the health, wellness and pharma fields, that diversity must include science.
Eric Weisman and Renata Maia, 2023 LIA jurors, sat down with host Sarah Knights to discuss their recent moves from the consumer sector into the health and pharma fields. They highlighted creativity within this sector. Renata also underlined the importance of sharing the room with medical and scientific experts to create work that’s accurate and impactful.
