The Fed's Playbook for Rate Cuts

I think there's two scenarios where rate cuts could be contemplated in the not-so-distant future if you saw inflation readings like speed up to the downside. The other one is obviously something really bad happens and the Fed's playbook is to just lower interest rates we've seen that almost every crisis. I was actually surprised with the rhetoric out of Janet Yellen or whatever word you want to use as to what would happen to the dollar so the longer this carries on I think the more pressure the dollar will be under.
