One of the characteristics he was going to use was whether or not they were isolated from the rest of their family. So in some ways, if he is targeting women that are closely connected with family that they're associating with physically on a routine basis, that elevates his risk of being caught. I don't know if he has been cross-referencing women to hopefully pick one specifically who aren't close to their family,.
