Developing a Sensitivity in Senior Executives

i think developing a sensibility for other generations is cultivated in personal conversations among senior executives. I think many lack the practising ground to really good at figuring out how do you get throughany express themselves. Maybe the problem is the older generation, who so risk averse about making mistakes. There is a lot of generosity of spirit in the world. And the problem is therecastion and the risk aversion that elder people have which is actually causing the issues.
