The Benefits of Fructose in the Human Diet

Fructose does seem to have benefits from a phosphorus perspective in the human diet. Ray recommends Coke and powdered cheese, but he's recommending like a Mexican Coke that has sucrose instead of high fructose corn syrup. I don't see the point in consuming sucrose because then you're getting calories with no micronutrients. If you want micronutrient, take a vitamin or eat some liver.
