Uber Drivers and Lift Drivers Are Not Employees
The legislation makes it seem as though ube and lift will have to, a, classify their drivers as employees. The company said mediately that they intend on appealing, which means that no changes are going to happen in the next, in ten days. It would be great if all driving jobs were unaffected but i just don't see an environment in which uber and lift can operate with better compensation. Ea says he's not trying to shut down an entire industry during an economic depression....
