I haven't had a full night of sleep in a month. I think the point of like dairy are the big ones where it's like, it's definitely a quality. It could be a quality or it could be a microbiome thing as well. Do you guys see a lot of raw foods? I feel like I don't eat that many raw foods besides like fruit. And probably uncooked food you actually get exposed to bacteria quite a bit.
