The Incentive Problem in OBGYN
There's a huge shortage of quality, but I don't think the shortage of personal is that high. All you need is group practices of three doctors each to cover 24-7 shifts and you wouldn't be doing so many sissarans. This is a shortage of skill. They're not good at doing vaginal birds which are complicated. And this is true across the board. Yeah, at every level.
