The Story of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas
On September 1, 2019, Category 5 Hurricane Dorian hit the Bahamas and sat over this particular island for 24 hours. Homes were torn off their foundations and found upside down hundreds of feet away. The beach neighboring the island's only cemetery was severely eroded by the violent ocean waves. After the storm conned, many bodies were discovered as missing and many more were relocated amongst the nearby reefs and shallows of the beach.
