"I think naturally my way of thinking didn't fit with the organization," says Marc Dos Santos. "When you are not fully convinced about the things and the changes the coach wants to do as sooner or later it's going to end up the way it end up" The former Belgium boss has been in MLS for 12, 13 years after leaving his native country. He is currently on a two-year contract at Montreal Impact.
