In the first part of he chapter, w es talking about dealing with the international and national situations. And i'm not talking about nesessary war, but having different workers in the challenges and organizations. Main take away from this chapter was him basically saying that things that are considered soft and touchy feeling,. like motivation and just being friendly and smiling to your fellow men and women have a huge nockon effect on satisfaction and mutivation. So ithoght, i thought so.
