The Importance of Realism in a Multi-Year Strategy

There is part of me who wishes that we were already there, many of the theirs. But I just have to keep reminding myself of the work that we have accomplished. There's no magic ball as to whether you're going to get there or not. And so with that in mind, I'm just curious around what your expectations are. Do you have a sense of what you can expect to even happen within the next year and then the next two years? Have you mapped it out in that way?
