I studied psychology in women's pissin college as an undergraduates. So the psychology of ordering of food in restaurants, or the psychology of eating is what i pay attention to. I think er, slowing down and paying attention, ar making connections as disparat as you can, would be the three things i do in terms of how it has expanded me is that the lowing down, paying attention, savoring a making disparate connections force you to each of those have like a four factor output.
