Inulin

Inulin is a type of fiber. It's not there to feed as it's there to feed the gut bacteria. That fiber gets fermented by bacteria like Ficala Bactarian Prosenancy, F-Prosenancy and produces what we call postbiotics. The short chain fatty acids also are sort of energy for the colonocytes, the cells lining the colon.
