Machine Learning for African Languages

There are about two thousand african languages, and many of them are currently not represented on line. An organization called massacarne has an initiative known as d colonized science. It is translating around 180 scientific papers into six af African languages. By translating papers and creating glossaries of scientific terminology, the project hopes to remove obstacles to learning science.
