What Is a Gantt Chart?

A milestone driven predicted solution is an anti-pattern. It incentivizes the members to hide information so that because red state is seen as something which is bad. A Gantt chart with lines representing activity can be used in the right context and it can be used to visualize the future. But what I recommend is first and foremost, fixate on the outcome roadmap, not on the output roadmap.
