LZ Granderson: I think part of it comes from having a confidence in yourself and your abilities to say, not only do I know how to solve the problem in theory, but I believe that when it comes time to perform the actual work, I'll be able to deliver on that. LZ: If you're sitting around, if you tend to solve problems naturally or if you've gotten yourself out of the box enough to think in those terms, you can provide value to people. You can find ways to solve their problems. And you don't have to be that much more advanced to them or than them to do it. That's awesome. But yeah, I agree completely.
