K w e had been aggressively growing from when they went public inn the wake of oeight until 20 17. They were heavily invested in ca or they still are, but that that way more stowbat. Since 20 17 entered what we call the groth garden, they've been net sellers of real estate because they're selling their california property and investing in the mountain states. And i think you're just starting to see reeds come into the mountain states, which are so pretty fragmented.
