Ligwen says the book's original cover features an illustration by Ruth Robbins. The ecology of the zone of the archipelago to Ligwen felt kind of like, I don't know, again, I could be wrong, but it felt kind of Northern European and not out of step with the Tolkien type verse. She was part of the last class of this book given out at University of Wisconsin Madison from 1958 to 1979.
